Roadside Assistance

Should your battery lose its charge, we offer the following services on all passenger vehicles and small commercial vehicles with either gas, diesel, or hybrid engines:

• Jump Start using safe, heavy duty portable battery packs.
• Battery Test to diagnose the health of the battery and alternator (charging system).
• Battery Replacement offering CAA premium batteries, backed by Canada’s largest auto club.

These services are available to anyone, with or without an auto club membership.

Should you become locked out of your vehicle, we offer the following service on most passenger vehicles and small commercial vehicles:

• Unlock Vehicle by gaining access to the passenger compartment.

Trunks (cargo area) can be accessed from the passenger compartment in most situations. Should you require a locksmith, we can provide contact details for a local expert to assist.

Photo ID is required for unlock service.

Should your vehicle run out of fuel, we offer the following service on all vehicles that use gasoline (regular 87 octane):

• Fuel Delivery from 5 litres to 15 litres. (Petro-Canada).

Should your vehicle have a tire go flat, we offer the following services on most passenger vehicles, some small commercial vehicles, and some RV and utility trailers:

• Tire Inflation using our on board air compressor.
• Tire Repair by installing a plug to seal a puncture.
• Spare Tire Installation done professionally.

Should your vehicle become stuck in mud, snow, or on ice, we offer the following service on all passenger vehicles:

• Winch to recover a stuck vehicle to a location where the vehicle can safely become mobile.
